Our August weekend is jammed packed with nourishing food, workshops and yoga – with plenty of time to sit back and relax.

Eden Rise Barns, sits on the edge of Totnes in Devon overlooking the rolling hills of Dartmoor. The barns are rustic and spacious with wooden floors throughout.  Rooms are sharing, but for a limited number of people to ensure it can be a personal experience too! There is a large open plan room for yoga, meditation or other therapy.  The barns also have their own sauna too – so bring your swimsuit!

Cleanse Weekend Food

I am delighted to be joined in the kitchen this year by Sus.  She is the creator behind the award winner food blog Rough Measures.com .  Between us we will be preparing some super fresh organic juices, raw foods and nourishing soups and smoothies. These will flood your body with nutrients and support your cleanse weekend!

Detoxification plays an important role in keeping your body and mind young, your skin clear and giving you the energy that you require on a daily basis… Through the weekend will explain to you: what is detox & why is it essential, what are the main acidifying/toxic foods and why, how to avoid many toxins and demo detox tools. I offer you clear guidelines on ways to support your body’s routes of elimination – even when you aren’t on a retreat!  This will enable you to learn more about yourself and how to help your body when it’s telling you it is under pressure.

You should leave the retreat feeling light, refreshed & empowered. Your heart and soul will be filled with light & warmth to support your Growth through the rest of the year. 

Cleanse Weekend Yoga & Meditation

Clare will be offering her experience with morning and evening classes of Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation.

Clare trained in India with the Sivananda Vedanta Centre in 2013 and her style is dynamic yet gentle. Taking a holistic approach her teaching focuses not only on traditional postures but also breathing, deep relaxation and meditation. She is interested in working with the therapeutic aspect of yoga and the practices she will be sharing will guide you in reconnect with the subtleties of your body and mind, allowing you to becoming fully present and aware. Working towards balance and equanimity on the mat can help bring about similar qualities in everyday life.

Additional Massage

My good friend and colleague, Phillipa will be joining us again to offer holistic full body massage as an added extra to your weekend.  A wonderful option to complete your weekend of rejuvenation! This is not included in the price of the weekend, but can be pre booked and paid on the day.

£379.00 per person. Shared bedrooms & bathrooms, includes accommodation, all food, drinks and additional cleansing tools and use of the sauna.

To hold your place – please make a £175.00 deposit, with the balance being paid 6 weeks prior to the retreat.
